Solicitation 2026-463PQ. Closes Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at noon. A GC-led prequalification at occupied housing in Mississauga. Electrical shops are more likely to win this as a sub to a prequalified prime than as the prime itself.
Region of Waterloo — WRH Kingscourt Electrical Upgrades (Prequal)
Solicitation PQ2026-26. Closes Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Electrical contractor prequalification for main switchboard, incoming feeder and panelboard upgrades. Only firms that pass this PQ get invited to the later tender, and the question window has closed.
City of Guelph — Hastings Stadium Lighting Retrofit
Solicitation 26-086. Now closes Wednesday, October 21, 2026 (moved from October 15; updated Oct 12). Supply and install poles and LED sports lighting, a new electrical service, conduit and wiring, and a control post at Hastings Field. Pole and fixture quotes are the long-lead piece.
Town of Georgina — Pathway Lighting (Keswick)
Solicitation OID2026-059. Now closes Friday, October 23, 2026 (moved from October 16; updated Oct 14). New poles and luminaires along a short pedestrian pathway near Hollywood Park in Keswick. A small, all-electrical job that suits a small or mid-sized shop.

Solicitation VK27-036T. Closes Friday, October 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with questions due Friday, October 16 at noon. Stage lighting work with substantial completion required by December 31, 2026. Check that you're on TDSB's prequalified list for the category first.
Town of Caledon — Demand and Emergency Electrical Maintenance
Solicitation RFT # 2026-304-00-000. Closes Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with questions due Tuesday, October 20. Call-out and maintenance electrical work across Town facilities and parks. Expect on-call response-time requirements and a rate sheet.
City of Hamilton — Low Voltage Electrical Upgrades, Woodward Avenue WTP (Prequal)
Solicitation C14-04-26. Closes Thursday, November 5, 2026. A prequalification for low-voltage electrical upgrades at a live water treatment plant. Start lining up references and safety records now, since the PQ decides who bids the real work.
