City of Mississauga — Mechanical and Lighting Renewal at Six Outdoor Pools
PRC005612, posted October 16, closes Friday, November 6 at 2:00 PM. Questions are due Wednesday, October 28 at 2:00 PM. Exterior lighting is replaced at all six pools and mechanical work is done at three. It's a general contracting tender with 28 plan takers, so the lighting is a sub play to the GCs.
York Region — Supply and Install LED Chevron Warning Signs
RFT-3904-26, posted October 21, closes Tuesday, November 17 at 1:00 PM, with questions due November 10. The posting names Woodbine Avenue and Baseline Road, and it calls for a 10% digital bid bond and an undertaking to bond.
Ottawa-Carleton District School Board — Data Cabling Contractors (RFSQ)
25-043-R2, posted October 22, closes Monday, November 16 at 3:00 PM, with questions due November 5. It builds a prequalified list for Cat6/6a/7 and fibre cabling, data closets and wireless access point installs. New builds must be Panduit certified.

City of London — Pottersburg-Vauxhall Pumping Station GC Prequalification: RFPQ-2026-291 closes Monday, November 2 at 2:00 PM, and questions are due today at noon. It's a GC prequal for a job with significant electrical work, so watch who qualifies.
Town of Caledon — Demand and Emergency Electrical Maintenance: RFT 2026-304 closes Tuesday, November 3 at 2:00:59 PM. Questions are closed.
OCDSB — Electrical Contractors (RFSQ): 27-027 closes Tuesday, November 3 at 3:00 PM. It sets up lists for electrical upgrades, fire alarm upgrades and portable classroom reconnects.
City of Barrie — Pump and Electric Motor Maintenance, SWTP and LLPS: FIN2026-094Q closes Tuesday, November 3 at 2:00 PM. Questions are due Tuesday, October 27 at 2:00 PM. One addendum is out.

Region of Peel — Clarkson WWTP Clarifier No. 3 Travelling Bridge: 2026-229T now closes Friday, November 6 at noon, with questions due Monday, November 2 at noon. It had been set to close October 30, and Addendum 5 was posted Friday, October 23. A new control panel, SCADA integration and changes from MCC-6 make this an electrical sub play.

How to use this list
This morning, send any questions on London's prequal before noon, and on Markham's fire alarm job before 3:00 PM. Barrie's pump and motor questions close Tuesday, and Mississauga's close Wednesday, so call the pool GCs early. Peel's clarifier questions now run to November 2.
